APSWC Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Coalition (APSWC) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership to the APSWC.   Should the APSWC refuse a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less USD50 service fee.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All benefits and incentives received by registrant must be cancelled/returned to the APSWC.
  • All refund requests must be made by the registrant.
  • Refund requests must include the full name of the registrant and transaction number/date
  • Refunds will be credited back via the original mode of payment, less transaction charges.
  • These above policies apply to all APSWC memberships unless stated otherwise.

APSWC Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

The Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Coalition (APSWC) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.  Should the APSWC cancel an event, registrants will be offered a refund.

  • Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, APSWC has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.   Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a USD50 service fee or as otherwise stated in registration documentation.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing from the registrant only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline
  • All refund requests must be made by the registrant.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and the transaction number/date
  • Refunds will be credited back via the original mode of payment, less transaction charges.
  • These above policies apply to all APSWC Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

APSWC Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Coalition require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the APSWC within 30 days of the payment date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any APSWC product that is deemed defective.

  • Products provided/sold by APSWC partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.

Products which are software or downloadable from any APSWC website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.
